The parish has several locations that it rents out to both parishioners and non-parishioners for various functions such as Wedding Receptions, Bridal and Baby Showers, Banquets, Baptismal Luncheons.

The Parish Center Social Hall was completely renovated in the fall of 2005, and boasts a beautiful new atrium entrance with ceramic tiled floor and adjoining coatrooms. The social hall is now a self contained facility separate from the education classrooms, and has a new full service kitchen and restrooms on the same level. Recessed scene lighting was added to enhance the ambiance of your event.

Parish Social Hall: can be rented for large functions such as wedding receptions, banquets and anniversary parties. The hall can accommodate groups of 60 – 275.

St. John Neumann Center (SJNC): (meeting rooms in lower level of New Church) can be rented for smaller functions such as bridal and baby showers, baptismal luncheons etc. This area will accommodate up to 60 people. This area has a small household size kitchen for your use.

Neumann Hall: (adjacent to the rectory) can also be rented for smaller events and will accommodate up to 60 people. This area has a small household size kitchen for your use.

What is provided:
For all rentals, the parish provides tables and chairs only. Both rectangular and round tables are available for the Social Hall, and rectangular only are available in SJNC and Neumann Hall. It is the responsibility of the renter to provide all table coverings. The set up of all tables and chairs will be done only by the Staff of St. Johns. A floor plan must be submitted and agreed upon at least one week prior to the event. The parish will provide (as an option to the renter), white plastic table skirting at no additional cost. Available for an added cost, the parish does have available table settings, flatware and glassware. Note: These items are available for the Parish Center Social Hall rentals only. Please inquire about the cost and availability of these items.

Use of the Kitchen:
|
|
When renting the Parish Center Social Hall, full use of the kitchen for food preparation etc. may only be done by a licensed caterer. At the time you contract with the parish you will be asked to have your caterer provide a copy of their catering license or workman’s compensation certificate. You are permitted to bring food into the kitchen that was prepared off-site and are permitted limited use of the stove top and ovens to re-heat if necessary. Use of the refrigerators and freezers is available for food storage during your event if needed.
