Reconciliation is an important aspect of the Catholic Church and St. Johns Church. The word itself comes from the Greek famil of words in allasso. It shares similar meaning to exchange or change. In order for reconciliation to occur, there must be a change in the relationship with man and God or man and man. It usually involves a breakdown of the relationship and then a restoration of fellowship and harmony.
